We currently deliver to France, the European Union and several countries internationally.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once the order is prepared, it is handed over to our carrier for shipment.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are generally 7 to 12 business days depending on the destination. These times may vary depending on the customer's location, periods of high demand, or logistical circumstances beyond our control.
Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer in order to track the delivery of the package.
Delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order. If the address provided is incorrect, we cannot guarantee successful delivery of the package.
Possible delays
In some cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as transport conditions, customs controls, or periods of high demand. We always do our best to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
